Understanding SPF: Shielding your skin from harmful rays
SPF (Sun Protection Factor) is crucial for all skin types, especially for hormonal, peri menopausal and menopausal skin. During this period, fluctuating hormone levels can make your skin more susceptible to UV damage, leading to accelerated aging and increased sensitivity. Opting for a broad-spectrum SPF with a minimum rating of SPF30 ensures protection against both UVA (Ageing) and UVB (Burning) rays, safeguarding your skin from premature aging and potential sun damage.

Moisturisers play a vital role in maintaining skin health, particularly for hormonal, peri-menopausal and menopausal skin that tends to be drier and more sensitive.
