5.1. Due to Hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any products that have been opened or unsealed. New unopened products in the original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. To request a cancellation and return, please drop us an email at hello@madeofmore.co.uk and include your order number in the subject line. You will need to return your item by tracked/recorded post to be eligible for a refund.
