Our products are specifically developed to suit skin at times of hormonal change but as we avoid fragrance allergens, harsh detergents and essential oils or added synthetic colour our skincare is in theory suitable for a wide range of skin types.

In accordance with cosmetic regulations our skincare has a 3 year shelf life from the point of manufacture. The small open jar symbol on each pack indicates how long the product can be safely used for once opened.

We work hard to minimise the impact of our packaging whilst at the same time protecting the integrity of our formulations. All of our cartons are world land trust certified as carbon neutral, and our tubes contain 50% recycled plastic, and our night soufflé jar can be refilled (coming soon!) with a pod to minimise packaging weight. And our mailing boxes are UK made, plastic free, FSC™ certified and 100% recyclable. We continue to innovate as far as our packaging is concerned and always aim to make considered choices.

Yes, you can mix and match our products to your hearts content. They are designed to work beautifully as a regime together as they contain a synergistic blend of ingredients that really support hormonal skin, but you can also team them up with your favourites from other brands.

You may have already heard of CBD, but CBG is a different type of Cannabinoid and is actually the stem cell from which all other cannabinoids are formed, making it a really powerful ingredient. It delivers a potent hit of hydration whilst also acting as an antioxidant to shield skin against damage and sensitivity. At the same time, it cleverly balances sebum levels to ensure skin stays clear and radiant.

Our products combine British Hemp seed oil with CBG along with a potent blend of other clinical ingredients all designed to address the challenges of hormonal skin from 40 upwards. These ingredients work synergistically to tackle problem areas such as dull tired skin, collagen degradation, lack of sleep, fine lines, loss of skin tone and puffiness which are often combined with increased sensitivity and redness. Our complex works to support the skin during these times whilst avoiding some commonly known ingredients that can actually increase irritation at this time.

We made a very deliberate decision at the start of our journey not to provide a cloth, why we hear you ask? Firstly because it just adds to the amount of ‘stuff’ and environmental impact of the product, secondly because everyone has a flannel or whatnot already at home and thirdly because of the cost. We decided to focus on 50% pcr tubes instead of 30% and those bad boys ain’t cheap - packaging companies know the drill on that for sure.

Not just yet, but believe us, this is something we'd love to introduce in the future. We hope that our customers will love our products as much as we do and then our product development will be in full swing.

It's very difficult to be entirely precise when it comes to words like “natural”, “clean” or "chemical". Every ingredient in every cosmetic product is a chemical in the sense that it consists of molecules made up of atoms of chemical elements. In addition, many natural (i.e. not synthetically derived) compounds are poisons (e.g. arsenic) and so to use the term "natural" is meaningless and potentially dangerously misleading. The term clean has been widely over-used and implies that certain ingredients such as preservatives may be harmful or dirty – the reality is that they ensure the finished product is both safe to use and stable. There is no legal definition of the term Natural or Organic from either the FDA or the EU. We will always avoid the ingredients listed in our Statement.

If your order has not yet been despatched, you can cancel and request a refund which will be processed within 14 days of notice.

Due to Hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any products that have been opened or unsealed. New unopened products in the original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. To request a cancellation and return, please drop us an email at hello@madeofmore.co.uk and include your order number in the subject line. IYou will need to return your item by tracked/recorded post to be eligible for a refund.

Eligible refunds will be made to the debit or credit card that was used for the original purchase, minus any shipping costs incurred.
