Can I return my products for a refund?
Due to Hygiene regulations, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any products that have been opened or unsealed. New unopened products in the original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. To request a cancellation and return, please drop us an email at email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line. You will need to return your item by tracked/recorded post to be eligible for a refund.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel and request a refund which will be processed within 14 days of notice.
How will my money be refunded?
Eligible refunds will be made to the debit or credit card that was used for the original purchase, minus any shipping costs incurred.
What happens if my order is damaged, incomplete or does not arrive?
We know how frustrating this can be! If anything is missing or wrong with your order please email us asap on firstname.lastname@example.org, ideally with photographs so that we are able to understand what may have happened. Once we receive your mail we will work with you to make arrangements accordingly. If however your products do not arrive within the stated time depending on your choice of shipping please contact us at email@example.com so that we can track with our delivery partners.
